come on everybody, take it easy

I'm so tired of everyone's need. Vexing feelings emerge when I click around the internet these days, giving rise to lingering thoughts that there is this incessant need everywhere.

The need for trumpet horn announcements of every move being made. The teasers and the hints. The breathless fragment of being in the moment, but that moment is captured with an iPhone and shared on every social media platform, often more than once in a day.

I'm guilty of too much. Too many photos in my instagram stream in one hour, let alone one day. And I will very often blast the  same photo onto all of my social media, mostly because I forget to unclick boxes before posting.

Although let's be honest: I'm just as annoying as the next broad.

Again I remind myself that there is room for everyone.

  2. I'm in agreement. I feel tired of all the fluff online. But through it I can find connections with friends I wouldn't otherwise have. But it does take its toll. I've been trying to hold back but it's so addictive!
