I've taken great comfort in this quote, particularly after a hearty session of beat myself up. I can't seem to let go of the words cast upon me; those words haunt me and have the ability to crush my heart repeatedly despite my best efforts to let it go.
I've been able to release so much with the help of a coach, an indoor bike and my breathe. And yet, the picture painted in minute detail of all that is flawed about me is what lingers after all these months.
This Rumi quote found me the same day I came across another eye-opening idea and what I realize is this:
