A bit late from last week, so here we go!
- A post written by Sas last week felt like a gift.
- I'm fascinated by photographers who shoot interiors. It's not easy, especially done well.
- This man's work.
- I spent last weekend in San Diego, (again), taking continuing education classes, (again), and I wish this wasn't again, but I also banged up the back of my car, this time my fault, backing up into a metal pole.
- The more time I spend in the company of acupuncturists, the more certain I am that I won't be poking people for a living. (At least in CA.)
- That said, I love being in the company of acupuncturists and workshops and seminars. They are my people. I feel comfortable and confident in the environment and it feels so good to be using my brain again!
- I took another aromatherapy workshop which was very informative on how to make essential oil sprays, (not hydrosols, although we learned how to make those as well).
- I got to hear an old professor speak and ending up taking his workshop instead of another, just to hear his theories.
- I also learned a bit about classical Feng Shui, which is different from Black Hat Feng Shui, and that is an interesting and overwhelming trade.
- I do love the part that involves the 5 elements and none of the part that relates to interior design.
- In theory, this crosses another thing that I might do with all of my experiences off the list.
- I had some good, focused shooting happen this past weekend with a handful of beautiful black and white images for my on-going series.
- And it was good to see that only a portion of the film involved in the most recent fridge flood was ruined. Out of 3 packs, shot, (30 images), there were about 8 fails. Not bad odds.
