  1. This is funny.
  2. Jo is making beautiful clothing
  3. I bought my girl a top, and even though she feels awkward wearing it, I continually remind her of its message, (wear your magic), when we're talking teen things.
  4. I love the show your soul pieces. They're the perfect message for my rides.
  5. And I loved A's top so much I bought one for myself.
  6. Hannukah is just around the corner and I always buy myself gifts a gift.
  7. I took my first rooster ride Thursday morning, aptly named for its ungodly starting time of 6am. I've been super intimidated by the idea of riding so early. How do I feed myself? How do I workout so hard so early?
  8. Pushing through my fear, (even in baby steps), has been my undeclared motto this year, and once I was inside that dark, candle-lit room, clipped and connected, my fear melted away and I felt empowered.
  9. It's good to know that I liked that early ride so much because there are many times I'm unable to ride in the evening, (my favorite time to spin), so this rooster ride provides options.
  10. I went to watch Andy Cohen in conversation with Sarah Silverman for his book tour Thursday night and it was a good time.
  11. Their conversation was smart, funny, and so touching, as Andy said his book is ultimately a love story about his rescue dog and how his dog saved him.
  12. Boy can I relate!
  13. And I can't wait to listen to his book, which he narrates.
  14. That Sarah Silverman is one funny lady and I'm looking forward to watching her mid December with the mister.
  15. Do you like going to watch live comedy? It's one of my favorite things to do, even though I haven't done it much in recent years. I love when my face hurts because I've laughed/smiled so much!
  16. My sister worked at a radio station back when we both lived in San Francisco and she'd get me free tickets to a lot of amazing stuff, including comedy shows.
  17. In other news, I have been feeling dry and thirsty around here.
  18. Even though we reside at the beach where it's damp, ultimately L.A. is a desert and I have to continually remind myself that the average 8 glasses of water a day is not enough.

  2. Oh yes, those names in #1 are HILARIOUS!
We bought some of Jo's stuff too - so awesome. We thought you might get some for soulcycle too :)
Good on you for doing the early morning rides - I used to love spinning in the early morning, but our gym doesn't have anyone that can do them, so I have to make do with afternoon rides
    xx
