There were times that release felt very heavy as a word for 2014. And there were times that I wished I'd gone with my first choice, open, a word that ultimately became one of my companion words, (I chose four this year).
I have let go of a lot of tears and sweat; fluids related to the Liver and Heart respectively, in Chinese Medicine. My issues very often live in the Liver and Heart, (energetically speaking), and so it makes sense that ultimately, when I ride and find myself bathed in sweat, with tears rolling down my cheeks, I release myself.
There is compassion and mercy for where I've been and how far I've come.
