Last Thursday we went to Disneyland. I should have known that January 2nd doesn't mean everyone goes home. Am I really that dumb to believe that the park wouldn't be crowded? Yes, yes I was. And yes, it was crowded beyond imagine.
If you know me you know crowds are not my thing in the best of circumstances. Combine my anxiety with my low-blood sugared kid and suddenly we were both in tears at the happiest place on earth.
Once fed, we discussed our options and chose a ride, (Little Mermaid), and a re-do, (third week in January), when the crowds really have gone home, we've packed proper snacks and we do Disneyland right.
